User Agreement

Welcome to Juabe ("the App", "we", "our", or "us"). This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your access to and use of the App. By downloading or using Juabe, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Juabe. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Juabe allows users to chat with AI characters that have unique backgrounds, personalities, and stories. The responses are generated by artificial intelligence and are for entertainment and conversation purposes only.
You can change the background of your chats with AI characters to enhance your experience. These settings are stored locally or securely with your user profile.
If you're unsure how to start a conversation, Juabe may offer a selection of suggested topics to help you engage with the AI characters.
By using the App, you agree to:
• Use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Refrain from using the App for any unlawful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or exploit any part of the App.
All AI-generated content remains the property of Juabe. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the content or the App in any manner not expressly permitted by this Agreement.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect and use your data. Please read it carefully.
If you contact us, we may respond using the information you provide. You agree to receive communications related to app support, updates, or user feedback.
Juabe is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
AI characters may generate responses that are inaccurate or unexpected. Use the app at your own discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Juabe and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate this Agreement or use the App in a harmful way.
We may modify this Agreement at any time. The latest version will always be available in the App and will include a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Agreement.
